Friday, November 6 | Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Session 1: 5:15–6:15 PM
Session 2: 6:30–7:30 PM
Raffle Drawing: 7:45 PM
Event Ends: 8:00 PM
Pre-sale closes Sunday, November 1 at 11:59 PM.
We will have two separate Bingo sessions:
Session 1: 5:15–6:15 PM
Session 2: 6:30–7:30 PM
Each session includes 7 rounds of Bingo, including a final Blackout Grand Prize round.
You may purchase a Play Pass for one session or both sessions. If you would like to play in both sessions, you will need a separate Play Pass for each session.
Yes. Each person attending Bingo & Baskets needs a Play Pass, except children ages 3 and under, who may attend for free.
Play Passes are $10 per person. Current 2026–2027 CWE PTO members receive $2 off each Play Pass for their household during pre-sale using the member discount code emailed to them by PTO.
Each Play Pass includes admission to the event, 7 Bingo cards, all 7 rounds of Bingo in your selected session, and a color-coded wristband for your Bingo session.
Your wristband will be required to enter the cafeteria for Bingo.
Yes, if space is still available in your preferred session.
Day-of Play Passes are $10 per person, regardless of PTO membership. Space in each session is limited, so we recommend purchasing your Play Passes in advance.
Each Play Pass includes 7 Bingo cards. You decide how many cards you would like to play in each round, but each card may only be used for one round.
For example, if you play 2 cards during Round 1, you must use different, unused cards during Round 2.
You may play one card per round, multiple cards in one round, or even all 7 of your cards in the same round. Once a card has been played, it cannot be used again in another round.
Additional Bingo cards are available for $3 for 2 cards.
Each regular Bingo round will have 5 winners!
We will continue playing until 5 winning Bingo cards have been called and verified. Once we have 5 winners, that round is complete and we will move on to the next round.
The final Blackout Grand Prize round is different and will have one Grand Prize winner.
The 7th and final round of each session is the Blackout Grand Prize round.
For this round, you must cover every space on your Bingo card to get a Blackout. The first player to call Blackout and have their card verified wins the Grand Prize for that session.
You must use an unused Bingo card for the Blackout round. A card played during an earlier round cannot be used again.
Absolutely! Kids are welcome to play their own Bingo cards.
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or caregiver throughout the event.
All raffle baskets will be displayed in the gym.
Walk through, check out the baskets, and place your raffle tickets into the drawings for the baskets you would like to win.
Raffle tickets are $1 each.
Write your name and phone number clearly on each ticket, then place it in the drawing for the basket you would like to win. You may enter as many different basket drawings as you would like, and you may place multiple tickets into the same basket drawing for additional chances to win.
Important: Every raffle ticket must have a complete and readable name and phone number. If we draw a ticket and cannot identify or contact the winner, that ticket will not be eligible to win and another ticket will be drawn.
Want to save yourself some writing? Pre-labeled raffle tickets are available during pre-sale only!
10 Pre-Labeled Raffle Tickets: $15
We’ll print and apply your information to all 10 raffle tickets before pickup, so they’re ready to drop directly into your favorite basket drawings.
Prefer to label your own? Regular raffle tickets are $1 each and can be purchased during pre-sale or on event night. Pre-printed labels and pre-labeled tickets will not be available at the event.
The raffle baskets will be open throughout the evening.
Session 1: Head to the cafeteria when you arrive so you are ready for Bingo at 5:15 PM. After your session ends at 6:15 PM, you will have time to visit the baskets.
Session 2: We recommend arriving around 5:45 PM so you have time to browse the baskets and enter your raffle tickets before Bingo begins at 6:30 PM.
All raffle tickets must be entered by 7:40 PM.
Raffle basket winners will be drawn beginning at 7:45 PM.
No! You do not need to be present to win.
Please make sure your name and phone number are complete and readable on every ticket. If you win and have already left the event, we will contact you to arrange basket pickup.
Yes! Pizza Combos are available for $6 during pre-sale and include one slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza, one bag of chips, and one drink of your choice.
Preordering your combo saves you money and helps us plan ahead for the night. Pre-sale closes Sunday, November 1 at 11:59 PM.
If you pre-purchase a Pizza Combo, a Meal Voucher will be included in your pre-sale packet to redeem at the concession stand.
Yes! Concessions will also be available à la carte during Bingo & Baskets:
Pizza Slice: $4
Chips: $2
Candy: $2
Soda: $2
Water: $1
Food and drinks will be available while supplies last.
Advance pickup will be held on Tuesday, November 3, with two convenient pickup times:
7:10–8:30 AM by the PTO Office
5:00–6:00 PM in the Carpool Lane
You only need to attend one pickup time. Choose whichever works best for your family.
All of your pre-sale purchases will be packaged together.
Depending on what you purchased, your packet may include your Bingo session wristbands, Bingo cards, additional Bingo cards, raffle tickets, pre-printed name labels, pre-labeled raffle tickets, and food tickets.
Session 1 and Session 2 will have different color wristbands. If you purchased Play Passes for both sessions, you will receive a wristband for each session.
Please check your packet before event night to make sure everything you purchased is included.
No problem! Advance pickup is optional.
If you cannot make either pickup time on November 3, your packet will be waiting for you at check-in on event night.
If you pick up your packet in advance, please bring it with you to Bingo & Baskets and put on your session wristband before heading into the cafeteria.
Session 1 begins at 5:15 PM.
Please arrive with enough time to check in and get seated before Bingo begins. We recommend heading directly to the cafeteria when you arrive.
You may purchase food before Bingo and bring food and drinks into the cafeteria.
When Session 1 ends at 6:15 PM, we will ask everyone to exit the cafeteria so our volunteers can reset the room for Session 2.
We recommend arriving around 5:45 PM.
Before Bingo begins, you can check in, browse the raffle baskets, enter your raffle tickets, and purchase food.
While our volunteers reset the cafeteria between sessions, please enjoy the raffle baskets and concessions rather than waiting outside the cafeteria doors.
We will announce when the cafeteria is ready for Session 2 to enter. Session 2 Bingo begins at 6:30 PM.
Session 1 ends at 6:15 PM. At that time, everyone will exit the cafeteria so our volunteers can quickly reset the room.
Session 1 families can head to the raffle baskets, concessions, or stay for the raffle drawing later in the evening. Session 2 families can continue enjoying the baskets and concessions while the cafeteria is being reset.
Once the room is ready, we will announce that Session 2 may enter the cafeteria.
Absolutely!
After leaving the cafeteria at 6:15 PM, Session 1 families are welcome to visit the raffle baskets, purchase food and drinks, and stay for the raffle drawing at 7:45 PM.
If you would like to play Bingo again during Session 2, you must have a separate Session 2 Play Pass and wristband.
We can’t make the magic happen without our volunteers. Bingo & Baskets relies on parent support to keep the night running smoothly. Volunteers help with everything from setting up the event and selling concessions to assisting with raffle baskets and keeping bingo rounds moving. Every role matters, and every helping hand makes the night more fun for our students and families. If you’re looking for a lively, high‑impact way to support CWE, this is it.Â
