The answer is why not? Training gives you experience with the tool and how to use it, especially within the education setting. The goal through the tutorials is that they will all be STUDENT DRIVEN and CREATED. As training and time progresses, student will develop tutorials to explain how to use these tools and these will replace and company or teacher-created materials.

Badges are a way to show that you know your stuff. Collect enough badges and become a master. Developing badges is always in flux. For now, see the badges that we have below and what the different 'master' levels are.

Student Tech Leader Trainer Requirements
Student Tech Leader Trainer Requirements
All of the above badges PLUS:
- 3 Videos of you showcasing a PD session you would want to lead for one of the above tools or an approved tool of your choice
- Each video must:
- have between 5-10 slides to showcase the tool and concept
- demonstrate how the tool is used in the classroom
- have 1 slide to link it to the SAMR model and ISTE standards and provide examples as to how the lesson ties in with them.
- 1 Video of you showcasing a tech how-to:
- A tech tip of your choice
- This may not be a tech tip you did in a previous lesson
- The tech must be connected to SAMR and ISTE standards
- Have 10 completed tech TAPs for the current year
