Steps to Obtain a Work Permit
1. You have to find a job opportunity, apply, interview, and receive a job offer (before requesting a work permit).
2. Reach out to your College and Career Guidance Specialist to request a work permit application.
3. You complete the top part.
4. Ask your parents or guardian to complete their section.
5. Give the form to your employer to complete his or her part.
6. Email the form to your College and Career Center for approval.
7. The College and Career Center will contact you when your permit is ready.
