Exam scheduling

Exams must be taken as scheduled! If for any reason, you miss the preparatory classes for an exam, you will still be required to take the exam as initially scheduled. Be prepared for this.

Exception: Most exams are scheduled for a duration of 40-50 minutes during class time. If a student wishes to take an exam outside of the regular class period in order to allocate more time, it is possible. However, it is important to note that the exam must be completed before the start of the next class period following the exam day.

Rules During the Exam

Follow all procedures/guidelines/rules specified in the student handbook or announced by the teacher.
You may only use approved materials. (These will be specifically announced for each exam.)
Do not let your eyes wander around the room.
Remain quiet during the entire exam process, even if you personally have completed your own exam.
Do not share anything with your fellow students.
When finished with your exam, submit it to the designated area only.
No Cheating

Violation of any of the exam rules can invalidate the entire exam. A score of zero will be awarded for the exam and depending on the circumstances the retake privilege might be revoked.
