My name is Mike McCormack and I am a Physical Education teacher and Athletic Director at a Monroe Middle School. I am currently in my 8th year of teaching PE and 4th year of being our Athletic Director. I also supervise several intramurals and coach Track & Field.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2010 with a major in English and a minor in Education. While attending UW-Green Bay, I played Division 1 collegiate soccer capping off a fifteen-year playing career. I returned to school in 2012 and earned a Physical Education teaching certificate from North Central College. In 2017 I earned a master’s degree in “Curriculum and Instruction” from Concordia University-Chicago.
Some of my hobbies outside of Monroe Middle School include playing soccer, video games, and guitar. I like to stay active by exercising and playing sports and I am completely obsessed with watching English Premier League soccer.
