How to do this workout
After a 4-minute cardio warm up, your muscles will be warmed and ready to work. That’s when we jump into the HIIT portion of our routine that engages the upper body, lower body, and core.
Give this 25 minute full body workout a go and let me know what you think. I freestyled the moves so I didn't know what was coming next.

This is a complete beginners, low intensity, low impact workout for anyone who is either brand new to exercise, coming back from injury or with a sedentary lifestyle. This is a great place to start to then move onto other workouts on the channel.
At Home PE/Fitness Activity
Make sure to have a safe space to stretch and move in. Answer each WOULD YOU RATHER question and stand to the left or right of the room based on which choice you make. Perform the exercise that matches the side of the room you chose. Continue to play for all 10 rounds. Have fun and enjoy some fitness fun with your family and friends.
