STUDENT AND PARENT INFORMATION
Counselors will meet with all seniors starting at the end of August to hold one on one meetings to discuss graduation status and plans after high school. This page includes tips for students in their senior year, grade level presentations, financial aid presentations, and more!
Please make sure you check the Counseling and College and Career website pages for all necessary documents relating to Branham, College Applications, and Financial Aid.
TIPS FOR SENIORS
Fall Semester
Take rigorous courses and study hard
Pass all senior courses with a C or better
Visit college campuses or attend college fairs
College list (between 8 to 12)
Complete Counselor LOR Survey, Teacher LOR Survey, Parent Questionnaire
Identify teachers for letters of recommendation
Register for NCAA and request transcript
Gather and complete college applications
Apply for FAFSA or Dream Act Application and/or CSS Financial Profile no later than March 1st
Apply for scholarships
Utilize College Tracker Spreadsheet
Spring Semester
Take rigorous courses and study hard
Pass all senior courses with a C or better
