If you are having trouble placing an order, please try troubleshooting the issue first on your own by the following:

Force stop and re-open the app.
Check if the payment went through.
If you placed an order successfully but didn't get the coins, please update your Cuddle app to the latest version and try purchasing the same amount of coins within your Cuddle account again.
