Ranking and Rewards

In order to help users to cash out gifts faster and safer, Cuddle has launched a new currency - Diamond, which has replaced Star, the previous Cuddle digital gift. All Stars in your accounts have been auto-exchanged into Diamonds.

  • Note: Every 1000 diamonds will be exchanged to 1 USD when cash out.

In the meantime, a new Daily Rewards Ranking algorithem has been launched since 00:00:00 UTC on Feb 13. To check your ranking, just tap on the top sliding banner of "Live your story, get you rich”.

  • Note: On the ranking, top 50 qualified hosts will get rewards range from 3000 - 30,000 diamonds per Live hour. Up to 2 Live hours per natural day will be rewarded. No additional rewards for the live duration beyond the 2-hour mark.

Ranking Guidelines

1. All users are included in the ranking calculation. The official hosts are included as well, however, they are not eligible to receive ranking rewards.


2. All streams with duration >= 30 min will be included in the ranking calculation. The duration of each stream is rounded down to the nearest 30 min interval. For example:

  • A stream of less than 30 min does not count.

  • A stream between 30-60 min counts as 30 min.

  • A stream between 60 and 90 min counts as 60 min. And so on.

Locked streams are not included.

3. The rankings and ranking rewards will be determined at the end of each natural day. The definition of a natural day: 00:00:00-24:00:00 UTC.


4. At 04:00:00 UTC on the following natural day, the rankings and the ranking rewards will be posted in Cuddle and auto-delivered to user accounts.


5. The host rankings will be calculated based on the following criterias on each natural day:

  • The number of listeners within each live stream

  • The number of listeners that stay over 10 mins within each stream

  • Total stars received

  • Total # of chat messages

  • Total # of users who follow the host in the stream

  • Total # of users who like the host

  • Total # of users who called in

  • Total duration of call-in

  • Total live duration by the same host. The longer the duration, the higher the ranking. The maximum valid Live Duration is 24 hours per host per natural day.

  • Total duration of user-listening. For example, ‘1 listener stays for 30 min’, and, ’10 listeners each stays for 3 min’, will both be counted as Duration of User-Listening = 30 min.

All duplicate user/device/IP stats will be counted only once.

6. In cases where users violate the rules of the event, Cuddle Live reserves the right to rescind rewards, remove users from the rankings, lock their diamonds balance, and/or block their accounts. Any type of behavior of counterfeiting stats (e.g. Streaming dead live with no interaction with audiences) will be regarded as violations.
