For crashing or streaming issues etc, please go to the Personal tab - Setting - Contact us - Report a tech issue. In this way, we will know the version of your Cuddle app, the log file, etc. Please provide us with as many details as possible in the email. It would be better if you could send us a screen recording (when you think it helps).
