To develop the participant students' awareness on the importance of creativity in their personal development and equip them with strategies and ideas, tailored to their needs and realities to inspire new solutions to crisis.
OBJECTS of The PROJECT
O1- Increase awareness on the importance of creativity in personal development by 20% in all six schools by the end of the project;
O2 -Train participant teachers from each partner school to improve teaching methods and knowledge to stimulate and exploit students' creativity to prevent dropouts in school by the end of the project;
O3- Train 16 students from Spain and Germany and 14 students from Romania, Estonia, Norway and Portugal, aged 14-19 , in each school to acquire knowledge about the importance of establishing harmony between physical and emotional aspects of themselves in order to increase their creativity and well being by the end of the project;
O4- Train 14/16 students( as above) to develop cognitive skills on how to use emotions in order to establish lasting positive relationships with oneself and the others in order to manage spontaneous crisis by the end of the project in all partner schools.

Results
By the end of the project we will have:
- at least 4 teachers in each school with improved teaching methods and knowledge to stimulate and exploit students' creativity in school which will also contribute to preventing early school leaving;
- at least 88 students with improved knowledge about the importance of well being in stimulating creativity, a skill they can use in their personal development, in all aspects of life including crisis and difficult situations;
- at least 6 accompanying teachers will acquire knowledge about the importance of establishing harmony between physical and emotional aspects of themselves in order to increase students' creativity and well being and will be familiarized with methods to teach students how to use emotions in order to establish lasting positive relationships with oneself and the others in order to manage spontaneous crisis.
- a guide for students, both online and on paper, freely downloadable, which will be created with the results of the meetings.
- a teachers' guide, both on paper and online, freely downloadable, that contains the best teaching methods to motivate students in and out of the classroom;
- videos presenting the main activities carried out in each international meeting which will be uploaded on the project site and on social media;
- materials used during meetings available on the project site, as well;
- dissemination activities performed by the participants in their schools and communities, as well as online;
