The objectives of the activity
The objectives of the activity
- to learn what creativity is and also discuss about miths related to creativity;
- to be familiarized with tools to use in order to becoming more creative, including online tools;
- to practice creativity by applying methods such as multitasking, randomness and unrelated relations, brainstorming;
- to practice creativity in groups in order to create the project logo;
- to improve English language and communication skills;
-to practice interpersonal and intercultural dialogue.

-36 students: 14 students from Romania, 6 students from Norway, 4 students from Spain, 4 students from Portugal, 4 students from Estonia and 4 students from Germany, aged 14- 19, half the number of them in each country coming from disadvantaged background;

As a result of the activity, the participant teachers gained:

- improved knowledge on the topic of creativity;
- improved organizational and professional skills;
- improved communication skills that will be used in the teacher - student relationship;
- the capacity to implement the gathered knowledge on creativity presented at the meeting in their class and share the outcomes with the other teachers in their school;
- knowledge of the education systems from other European schools;
- new contacts with European teachers in view of future collaborations;
- improved capacity to foster integration and cooperation within the European Union;
- improved capacity to strenghten cooperation and networking with other European schools;
- improved knowledge and understanding of other European cultures;
- improved level of English - enhanced level of commitment, motivation, satisfaction in the teaching profession;
- a Certificate of Attendance designed to certify the results of the mobility and validate the new knowledge, skills and competences;
- their CV was improved with the skills gained during the activity.

- knowledge on the education systems from other European schools due to their contact with students from other European countries;
- a more positive attitude towards European projects and EU social, linguistic and cultural values;

- strenghtened values like solidarity and friendship;
- improved level of English;
- improved communication skills;
- a Certificate of Attendance and a Europass Mobility Supplement designed to certify the results of the mobility.
