By enrolling in our online classes, you agree to the following policies:
PRICING PACKAGES
Kids Trial Class (25 Minutes) – FREE
Enrollment Packages
Starter Package
• 4 Sessions (25 minutes, 40 minutes or 1 hour each for 1:1 class)

Standard Package (25 minutes, 40 minutes or 1 hour each for 1:1 class)

Premium Package (25 minutes, 40 minutes or 1 hour each for 1:1 class)/ (40 minutes or 1 hour for group class)

** All class schedules are either once a week for a sum of 4 classes a month or twice a week for a sum of 8 classes a month. All group classes are held on weekends. All packages must be paid in full before classes begin.
ENROLLMENT POLICY
Enrollment is confirmed after full payment is received.
Slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Class schedules are subject to availability.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are non-refundable once the package has started.
Unused sessions are non-transferable.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of classes, unless informed in advance
Promotional rates are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
REFUND POLICY
Trial classes are non-refundable.
Regular packages are non-refundable once started.
Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Student Cancellation:
24-hour notice is required to reschedule a class.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be deducted from the package.
No-shows without notice will be counted as a completed session.
All classes must be rendered/served within the month including make-up classes.
A make-up class will be scheduled at no extra charge.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Maximum of 2 reschedules per month.
Make-up classes must be completed within the active package period.
Expired sessions will not be refunded or carried over unless agreed upon in writing.
CLASS DURATION AND ATTENDANCE
Students must join on time.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Class will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
COURSE TERMINATION POLICY
A student may request to terminate a course at any time by notifying CSVEnglish in writing.
Students must provide at least 7 days’ notice for course termination.
No refunds will be given for non-used lessons as they will be consumed before the last day of the course.
CSVEnglish reserves the right to terminate a student’s course under the following circumstances:
Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions.
Non-payment of course fees or repeated late payments.
Disruptive behavior or failure to participate in scheduled lessons.
Any other reason deemed necessary to maintain the quality and safety of the learning environment.
In such cases:
Any unused lessons will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Termination notice will be sent to the student via email or the registered communication method.
A course may be terminated mutually if both the student and CSVEnglish agree.
Refunds for unused lessons will be pro-rated and processed promptly.
Termination of a course does not absolve the student from settling any outstanding fees.
Students will lose access to course materials, lesson recordings, and any ongoing teacher support once the course is officially terminated.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Students must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of attending online classes (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
A working camera and microphone may be required for participation.
Classes interrupted due to student technical issues will not be extended.
If the teacher experiences technical issues, lost time will be compensated.
LEARNING MATERIALS
All lesson materials are for enrolled students only. Redistribution or sharing of materials is prohibited.
Required textbooks, workbooks, and other learning materials (pencils, notebooks, colorings) must be purchased by the parent or guardian at their own expense unless otherwise stated.
Some worksheets, activity sheets, or assignments may be provided digitally. Parents or students are responsible for printing these materials when necessary for class participation.
TEACHER CHANGE REQUEST POLICY
Students may request a change of teacher after a month by submitting a written request to CSVEnglish.
Requests must include a reason for the change (e.g., schedule conflicts, teaching style preference).
CSVEnglish will review the request and assign a new teacher based on availability.
Students may request up to 1 teacher change per course.
Multiple requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of CSVEnglish.
Teacher change requests are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
During the transition period, the student may continue classes with the current teacher or pause lessons until the new teacher is assigned.
Requests for a new teacher will be applied beginning with the student’s first class of the following month.
CSVEnglish cannot guarantee the immediate availability of a preferred teacher.
Changes may be limited by teacher schedules and course level.
No additional fee will be charged for the first teacher change.
If the student requests additional changes beyond the allowed limit, an administrative fee may apply.
Refunds are not applicable solely for requesting a teacher change.
The student’s course schedule, lesson materials, and progress records will be maintained during the teacher transition.
The new teacher will review previous lessons to ensure continuity of learning.
BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT
Students are expected to attend classes on time. Repeated lateness or absences may affect learning progress.
Students must show respect to the teacher during class.
Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the class without refund.
Students should complete assigned work and submit it on time as instructed by the teacher.
PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPPORT
Parents or guardians may be asked to assist younger students with logging in, printing materials, and preparing learning tools before the class begins.
RECORDING AND PRIVACY
Classes may be recorded for educational or review purposes. Recordings will only be used within the learning environment.
VIDEO AND MARKETING CONSENT POLICY
Use of Videos
CSVEnglish may record or use videos of lessons, trial classes, or promotional content for marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
Videos may include student participation, voices, and/or images.
By enrolling in classes, students (or their parents/guardians for minors) grant CSVEnglish the right to use these videos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes globally.
Students may withdraw consent at any time by contacting CSVEnglish in writing.
Withdrawal applies to future marketing use only; materials already published may remain in circulation.
Opting out of video usage will not affect the student’s enrollment, access to lessons, or teacher support.
POLICY CHANGES
The instructor reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions when necessary. Parents will be informed of significant changes.
