1. What platform do you use for classes?
We conduct classes via Zoom. The meeting link will be sent after registration and payment confirmation.

2. Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes! We offer one 25-minute free trial class (excluding test prep courses) to assess the student’s level and learning goals.

3. How long is each class?

• Kids: 25 minutes (1:1 lesson)

• Teens: 25 minutes (1:1 lesson)

• Adults: 40 minutes (1:1 lesson)

• Exam Prep is 40 minutes for kids and 60 minutes for adults (1:1 lesson)
  
  

4. Is this one-on-one or group class?
We offer both 1:1 private lessons and small group classes (3–6 students).

5. What materials do you use?
We use customized materials, interactive slides, Cambridge-based resources, and exam-focused materials depending on the program.

6. How do I pay?
Payments can be made via bank transfer through GCash, Paypal, bank or other agreed payment methods. Payment must be completed before the first official class.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
Students must notify at least 48 hours before class for rescheduling. Late cancellations may be counted as used sessions.

FAQs for Kids (Ages 4–12)

1. How do you keep kids engaged online?
We use games, songs, visuals, rewards, storytelling, and interactive slides to maintain attention.

2. Does my child need to know English already?
No. We accept beginners and adjust lessons based on their level.

3. Should parents stay during the class?
For younger kids (4–6), parental supervision is recommended. Older children may attend independently.

4. Will there be homework?
Light and optional homework may be given to reinforce learning.

3. How long is the preparation course?
