OED Tools Improvement

The project's goal is to increase the dashboard's dependability, security, and community collaboration. The group is striving to improve the OED Dashboard's capabilities by incorporating strong unit tests for UI testing and fine-tuning existing tools. Key goals include integrating OED PostgreSQL with PGAdmin, generating unit tests for UI testing, debugging the VS Code container, writing unit tests for client functions, and safeguarding OED credentials.
