Instructions:
Select two dry-heat cooking methods and perform it.
Guidelines:
Wear complete laboratory outfit (during preparation until cooking to finish product). Apply mis-en-place.
Observe proper hygiene and sanitation in your working place.
Observe workplace safety procedures and use PPE.
Proper hygiene and good grooming during cooking must follow.
Make a video presentation during cooking (maximum of 5 min. only). You can customize your video.
Make documentation while doing your cooking (included the finish product).
