Club Presidents SY 2024-2025 taking their oath of office
Coordinating Council of Campus Co-curricular Organization
Composed of the different presidents of all recognized legitimate campus co-curricular organization.
Provide and support consultative mechanism for the implementation of the various programs and projects of all co-curricular organizations.
Plan programs and synchronize student activities in the campus.
Serve as the venue to present accomplishment reports such other reports of the CSanSci SSLG and other organization as needed.
Set rules and standards for the collection of membership fees or contributions by recognized campus co-curricular clubs or organizations for the approval of the School Head.
Six Permanent Coordinating Council Committees
The club presidents, aside from being the executive committee of the school, will be appointed into the five remaining committees deemed fit by the SSLG officers/chairpersons.
Executive Committee: Chaired by the SSLG President; administrative arm of Coordinating Council.
Internal Affairs Committee: Chaired by the SSLG Vice President, co-chaired by SSLG Treasurer and Auditor; responsible for finances, resources, budgeting, auditing, and training.
External Affairs Committee: Chaired by the SSLG PIO; responsible for linkages, partnerships, and publicity.
Secretariat Committee: Chaired by the SSLG Secretary; responsible for documentation, record-keeping, and filing.
Rules and Constitution Committee: Chaired by the SSLG PO; ensure compliance with constitutions, bylaws, and all DepEd issuances related to youth affairs.
Learners Activities Committee: Chaired appointed by the SSLG President; responsible for harmonization and coordination of all student-led activities.
