I have more than 10 years of experience as consultant in project and programme evaluation.

I was involved in projects related to ex ante evaluation of Romanian Operational Programes, impact evaluation of regional Operational Programes, impact evaluation of active labor market policies, developing the Cost Benefit Analysis,  improving regional statistical systems in Romania, developing the judicial statistical system.
