We are planning to promote our cause to groups such as parents of students,educators,or students themselves.They can help with spreading it to the school board or the local council such as the Maryvale representation. We can get them onboard so they can help us promote and advertise our cause to prevent any type of violence that could occur in schools. The larger the support we have is the more pressure it is on elected officials.

Why should people help to stop school violence? It would increase the safety of the students, and it would help the students, staff and people around the school feel safe.

How its going to be Funded
We are planning to use the government funding so it can help fund this website and keep our resources up so people know about the dangers of school violence and how to prevent this type of violence happening in schools around the community.We are going to acquire this funding through registering for the funds. As well as filling all the requirements for whichever federal loan program we are applying for or through taxes. According to a Community member they say there is tax money being used for unnecessary things that can be redirected to help support our cause.

-As stated by the US department of Education it states"The Project Prevent Grant Program provides grants to local educational agencies (LEAs) impacted by community violence and to expand the capacity of LEAs to implement community- and school-based strategies to help prevent community violence and mitigate the impacts of exposure to community violence."
-Funds over 1077 awarded schools over 14 counties in Arizona
-Estimated funding: $6,800,000
School violence are typically organized into multidisciplinary,multi-level strategies focusing on prevention, intervention and response.These teams include administrators teachers, school resource officers.U.S. Department of Education offers three main types of grants: Discretionary grants (competitive, awarded to specific projects), Formula grants (distributed based on Congressional formulas to states/LEAs for broad programs like Title I or IDEA), and Student Grants/Loans (direct aid for students like Pell Grants).

this grant government is a safety program and it goes on funding for 3 years there is also a federal program that provides 75%there are also safety programs that supports at least over 1,000 school across phoenix AZ.
