Before starting the admission process, we recommend that you watch the videos in the section "Virtual admission visit" in which we provide you with information about our vision and work methodology:
To start the admissions process, once the availability of a place has been confirmed, you must follow these three steps:
① Personal interview, depending on the stage requested:
- Junior and Primary:
Personal face-to-face interview* with Silvia Bennasar (Deputy Head of Junior and Primary Education) who will show you around the school facilities and answer any queries or questions you may have. Ask for an appointment at the Secretary's Office.
At the Nursery places for non-walking students are very limited.
The face-to-face personal interview will only take place if there are places available in the course requested.
The personal interview will not be held if you already have a sibling enrolled at the centre.
- High School (ESO) and Baccalaureate (BAC):
Personal face-to-face interview* for parents with Francisca Guerrero (Deputy Director of the High school and Baccalaureate) in which she will provide them with detailed information about these stages. Please ask for an appointment at the Secretary's Office.
The face-to-face personal interview will only take place if there are places available in the course requested.
The personal interview will not be held if you already have a sibling enrolled at the school.
- International Baccalaureate (IBDP):
Personal interview* of parents with Irene Pascual (IBDP coordinator) in which she will provide them with detailed information about the Programme and its admission process. Request an appointment at the Secretary's Office.
For more information on the personal interview and entry requirements, see the IBDP ADMISSION POLICY.
(*) For students from the 5th year of Primary to Baccalaureate, it is ESSENTIAL to submit a copy of the marks of the last three years on the day of the interview.
② Request the enrolment forms from the secretary's office. We will send them to you by email and we will give you an appointment to formalise your enrolment in person at the centre.
③ Enrolment in person at the school secretary's office, by prior appointment. They must present the enrolment forms completed and signed by both parents together with the following documentation and pay the corresponding enrolment fee.
Documentation needed:
- DNI/NIE of the pupil (compulsory for pupils over 14 years of age)
- DNI/NIE of both parents/guardians (in case of providing NIE, attach passport)
- Family record book (or if applicable, birth certificate of the pupil or document accrediting the Civil Registry)
- Transcripts of the last three years (5th and 6th Primary, ESO, BAC and PDBI).
- Any bank document showing the IBAN and NIF of all the holders of the account to which the invoices are to be paid by direct debit.
All documents provided must be originals. Copies will not be accepted.
Registration Fee:
- First instalment: €650 to be paid (cash or credit card) on presentation of the forms (€400 if you already have two siblings enrolled at the Centre; €200 if three or more siblings are enrolled. In the case of simultaneous enrolment of three or more siblings, €1300 for all of them). This amount is a non-refundable registration fee. It includes the opening of the academic record and secretarial expenses such as maintenance and processing of the necessary documentation, bulletins, minutes, etc.
- Second instalment: €350 to be invoiced in the receipt to be issued in the first fortnight of July 2025 (or another amount equivalent to the tuition fee paid in the special cases indicated above). Failure to pay this amount by 23 July 2025 is tantamount to waiving the enrolment fee. Likewise, if the student renounces the school place after the payment of this second instalment, or leaves the school during the course, this amount will be forfeited without the right to make any claim.
This amount will be refunded in the receipt corresponding to the month of June 2026, as long as the registration is maintained until the end of the school year.
In the case of enrolment in NURSERY, the amount corresponding to the second instalment will be refunded at the end of the 3-year of the Infant school year, provided that the enrolment is maintained until the end of that school year.
If enrolment takes place after 30 June 2025, both amounts will be paid (cash or credit card) in a single payment (€1000) on presentation of the forms; the regulations corresponding to each of the instalments in the previous sections will apply.
Registration cannot be formalised until ALL documentation has been submitted and the first instalment of the registration fee has been paid.
