SPORTS CAMPUS
from the 22th until the 30th
of June
(includes the morning childcare service from 8 until 9 h.)
The aim of this campus is to complete the last five days of JUNE practicing one of these sports to choose from: football, basketball, rhythmic gymnastics or tennis (the practice of a sport will depend on there being a minimum number of students enrolled).
It also includes a daily swimming course with specialist instructors.
Timetable:
- 22th and 29th from 9 until 15 h. (includes the morning and afternoon snacks)
- 30th June from 9 until 13 h. (includes the morning snack)

SUMMER SCHOOL SAN CAYETANO
in ENGLISH
from the 1st until the 31st of July from 9 until 17 h.
(includes morning childcare from 8 until 9 h. and from 17 until 17:45)
Goals:
We are planning this MONTH OF JULY as a real HOLIDAY full of sports, games and entertainment. The aim is for our Primary pupils to enjoy a lively, entertaining and totally different month of holidays to what they find at school during the rest of the year. In short:
That they have a lot of fun and improve their English!
Activities:
Language of the teacher: English
Creative stimulation (theatre, dance, songs...)
Fun activities to promote oral and written expression.
Outdoor games, sport and gymkhanas
Online gamification activities.
Swimming course (taught daily by specialist instructors).
Craft workshops (T-shirt printing, masks, bracelets, etc.).
Outings and excursions: HidroPark (one per fortnight), Kathmandu and Marineland.
Optional football course with qualified coaches (at no extra cost).
Enrolment fee:

1st 2 weeks: from the 1st until the 15th of July
2nd 2 weeks: from the 16th until the 31st of July
The price includes:
- Childcare service from 8:00 hrs to 9:00 hrs and from 17:00 hrs to 17:45 hrs
- morning and afternoon meals and snacks.

- expenses for excursions (tickets, bus, etc.)
Registration:
From March 16th to 30th, complete the online form that you will receive via email and as a notification on the Alexia platform. The registration form will open on Monday the 16th at 10:00 AM and will close on Monday the 30th at 9:00 AM, or once all available places have been filled.

During the first week of May, once we have verified the data provided on this form, we will send you confirmation of registration by e-mail. Priority will be given to full month registrations.
The amount corresponding to the chosen period will be billed at 50% in the May and June bills.
During the first week of June, all accepted students will receive a paper enrolment form to be completed and signed by both parents.
Enrolment in the Summer Schools implies acceptance of the following rules:
- The number of places is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Priority will be given to registration for the whole month.
- Enrolment will only be accepted if the student is up to date with payments to the San Cayetano school.
- The SUMMER SCHOOL fee for the CHOSEN PERIOD will be invoiced in two instalments of 50% each in May and June.
- The commitment to pay the enrolment fee for the chosen period when the bank receipts for May and June are presented for payment.
- In the event of any outstanding payment of a receipt prior to 1st July, this will mean that the place at the Summer School will be forfeited.
- In case of cancellation, if it occurs after the invoicing for the month of May, 50% of the invoiced amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after the billing for the month of June, provided it is before 15 June, 25% of the total amount of the registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellation or non-appearance, for whatever reason, on certain days.
Enrolment of students from other schools (subject to availability of places)

This registration form will open on April 20th at 10:00 am and will close on April 27th at 10:00 am or, if applicable, once all available places have been filled.
During the first week of May we will send you confirmation of enrolment together with the enrolment form by e-mail. Priority will be given to full month enrolments.
The enrolment form on paper, completed and signed by both parents, and the payment of the amount corresponding to the chosen period will be handed in at the Secretary's Office (please ask for an appointment).

- No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or non-appearance, for whatever reason, on certain days.
