In the second half of January of each school year, all the families of the students enrolled in the centre will receive the circular "Renovación de matrícula para el curso 20xx-20xx" to confirm or cancel the reservation of a place for the following academic year.
In case of renewal, a renewal fee of 250 euros per student will be charged for all courses. In families with renewal of three or more children, the fee will only be applied to the two minors.
In all cases, it will be invoiced on the receipt from the School for the month of March for the youngest child and, if applicable, on the one for April, for the second child.
If the payment of this fee is not made, it will be understood that they renounce the renewal of the registration.
In case of resignation or withdrawal, it will only be returned if it is made before June 15. It will not be returned if it is after that date.
For students who have been charged this fee, it will be refunded in the September invoicing of the following academic year.
