We understand on occasion, people encounter personal problems that are difficult to handle alone especially with the pandemic we are experiencing. Therefore, it gives me great pleasure to acquaint you with your new Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This service is provided to you and your family at no cost to you!
It’s UP TO YOU: The EAP program is available to you and your household family members 24 hours per day to help with any concern, large or small. Whether you call for counseling, to locate a resource, to discuss a problem, or maybe you just need to talk to someone, EAP is there to help YOU! The EAP provides CONFIDENTIAL face-to-face counseling, or in some cases an option of online counseling, to assist employees in identifying and resolving personal problems no matter how unique and diverse they may appear. Examples of such problems include family and marital conflicts, stress, substance abuse, depression, grief and loss, and other emotional issues.
The Lexington Group also assists with referrals for eldercare support, child care, as well as legal and financial guidance through our Life Care program. As an extension to Life Care, our Personal Support Service referral system helps employees and their household family members obtain assistance with the following areas: pet resources, educational assistance, event planning, home maintenance, and travel. You, or your household family members, may contact the EAP directly at any time. No matter what your situation, assistance you seek through the EAP is held in the strictest confidence.
