*A reference form must accompany all NEW HIRES!

-NON-CERTIFED NEW Hire form along with the Reference form
*use for any new: subs, long term sub (under a year), tutors, building subs, para, nurse, lunch recess, OT, PT, BCBA

-Certified NEW  Hire form along with the Reference form
*use for any new: teacher, admin, director, Long Term Sub (1year contract)

-Change of Assignment Form/Increase of hours form/re-hire employee for next school year form (Certified or NON-CERTIFIED) *also use for existing employees for summer programs
