Monitoring and evaluation of projects to combat against epidemics
In the context of humanitarian action, it is necessary to be able to determine whether the actions implemented are proceeding as planned and whether they are meeting the identified needs. Epidemic contexts have specific characteristics, whether in terms of activities, data collected, or indicators to be measured. An appropriate monitoring and evaluation system improves decision-making by providing all the necessary information, thereby increasing the impact of a project.
The Technical Guide, developed as part of the RIPOSTE program, contains the key elements to be taken into account when managing an epidemic project.
