Mental Health practitioners and systems have been grappling with the racist history of the field and thinking about identifying ways in which racism looks in the therapeutic relationship and ways we can address these dynamics. This acknowledgement and awareness is key to creating therapeutic spaces that are welcoming and effective for historically marginalized communities. This panel of practitioners will discuss this important topic.
