Description: Our Parenting Stress Helpline provides free and confidential counseling, information to anyone in need of parenting support and access to nearly 900 community resources from our vast database. You have access to caring treatment specialists for one time anonymous calls or regular call backs to support you with your particular parenting or family concerns, refer you to Family Paths’ services, or provide other Alameda County resources. Note: Referrals/requests for service are not accepted via email.
Description: The Z-Cares Foundation mission is to create pro-active communities who; Enable teens who suffer from anxiety to reach out for help and resources and Enable community members to reach in with resources and support. Z-Cares strives to end the stigma associated with mental health while creating a shared understanding among teens and adults it is ‘ok to not be ok.’

Description: Sally's Place Peer Respite Home is the first and only of its kind in Alameda County. It is staffed by peers, in alignment with the objectives of the Pool of Consumer Champions (POCC) and the Alameda County Accelerated Peer Specialist Program (ACAPS). Sally’s Place is named for Sally Zinman, a pioneer of the peer-led services movement. Her pivotal work spanning more than 40 years has been an inspiration to consumers and providers alike. Our systems are immeasurably better as a result of her advocacy and legacy.

Description: Our program speeds up recovery for people experiencing psychiatric distress, through practical and therapeutic support. Our crisis residential programs are serene and home-like environments with around-the-clock care, supervision, and wellness & recovery support for individuals in crisis. Individuals come live at a Crisis Residential facility as a residential alternative to psychiatric hospitalization, or for support after being hospitalized. We provide respite, individual and group therapy, family support, crisis management, and a long-term plan for wellness and recovery.
