We are often told that movement is "good for us" but it can be hard to get a sense of the tangible ways that movement can help individuals achieve and maintain mental wellness and/or cope with stressors. Our panel hopes to provide multiple perspectives on this topic by creating space to hear from mental health providers and an individual with lived experience who feel strongly about this connection. The panel will be moderated by CSS Executive Director Narges Zohoury Dillon, LMFT.
