Spanish 1

Spanish 1 is a high school course designed to provide students the credit that they need to satisfy New York State requirements for a Regents Diploma.

Only those students who have NOT successfully completed Spanish 1B by the end of 9th grade are eligible for this class.

The course covers similar material to both Spanish 1A and Spanish 1B. Students who pass the class and final exam will receive the credit for Checkpoint A and will be eligible to continue to Spanish 2.

Major Exams: There will be a departmental midterm and final exam.
