The IB Diploma Programme offers challenging two-year pre-university courses for students in the 11th and 12th grade. Courses require a student’s full commitment in completing all assessment components and examinations. Both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) courses receive advanced level credit (6 point grade scale). Diploma courses lead to a qualification and COLLEGE CREDIT* IN SCHOOLS WORLDWIDE.
FULL DIPLOMA candidates (IB DP) - must choose one Diploma course from each of the following subject groups: Language and Literature, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, the Arts | 1 year options, and Language Acquisition, as well as TOK | EE course.
AT LEAST THREE COURSES must be HL and the remaining at SL
CAREER-RELATED candidates (IB CP) - must choose TWO Diploma courses (English Language and Literature + one more), the IB CP Personal and Professional Skills course, and a career-related study (CRS) course
COURSE candidate- 11th and 12th grade students can continue their IB experience by taking a stand-alone IB Diploma course (English Language and Literature). Students electing a 2 year course must complete both years of the course in order to fulfill graduation requirements
