• EOS is a three-year partnership with Taft to eliminate barriers to Advanced courses for underrepresented Student groups.
  
  

• EOS uses a blend of quantitative and qualitative data (through Student & Staff surveys) to create Student lists and plans for outreach.

• Examples: Post Secondary aspirations; never participated, Underrepresented males, Teacher recommendations, never participated

• Expand IB Language and Literature for non-full IB Diploma Students
