What is Minecraft?

Minecraft is a block-based open world sandbox game that challenges the player’s creativity. Whether that’s building a complex, automated farm with redstone or an elaborate coded scene using Microsoft’s MakeCode engine, players must use their cognitive skills in order to create and shape the world around them.
