A Roadmap for Community-Centered Inquiry

The EqRA Agenda is a long-term research agenda that serves as a strategic blueprint for conducting intentional and planned evaluations and research initiatives. This agenda will span several years and be tailored to our district's unique needs and challenges.

Transparency is a key feature of equitable systems, and the EqRA Agenda ensures that all researchers have a clear understanding of the district’s research priorities. It is more important than ever that our research community collectively focus on asking the questions that matter most to our students and our communities.

As we prepare to build out the EqRA Agenda, we will expand our engagement efforts to meet the expectations of inclusive and equitable partnership. Planned next steps include:

• Teacher and principal listening sessions in partnership with key staff leads.

• Reconnection with early-career scholars and data strategists to invite feedback and co-learning.

• Empowerment opportunities for student, family, and community voices to shape agenda priorities.
