Service Now is a self-service ticketing system that allows CPS district staff to submit requests through a formal ticketing system which allows for tracking and responding to requests in an organized and streamlined fashion. Many tasks that are requested of clerks will require a SNOW ticket submission. Please see below for some information and links to frequently accessed SNOW tickets.
