What to bring
This is a generic list of items to bring with you to any checkride.

☐ Government Issued Photo ID
☐ Current Medical
☐ FAA Written Test Results
☐ Completed FAA Form 8710 and bring printed copy
☐ Completed NAV log as assigned by the examiner (if/as appropriate)
☐ POH (paper or electronic)
☐ Aircraft Logbooks (pre-tagged with all important dates and inspections)
☐ Your Logbook (with stickers or summary sheets of all requirements)
☐ Current Charts as appropriate for your checkride (Sectional, Terminal, en route, approach plates, etc.) *
☐ Current Chart Supplement *
☐ Checklist, kneeboard, plotter, E6B, notepad, pen, etc. *
☐ Official reference books (FAA Handbooks, FAR/AIM, etc) *
☐ Charger, cables, batteries (as appropriate if using a tablet such as an iPad)
☐ IFR Hood
☐ Headset
☐ Cash to pay examiner (or check, if OK'd ahead of time)
☐ Water bottle / snacks / food (you'll usually get one or more breaks, but drink and food is not always readily available)
