We are continuing to work on Chapter 7 in our Math curriculum focusing on:
Identify and sort plane figures.
Identify and sort solid figures.
Recognize different geometric transformations.
Solve problems by finding and using a pattern.
The last week of April we will begin Chapter 8 learning all about Money and Time!
We have begun working on Unit 1 of the second part of our Superkid's curriculum-- MORE Adventures of Superkids! The class is very excited about this!
Daily 5 will continue to be a part of our literacy time. Students are self-paced during this time while I will be working with small, differentiated reading groups. Students continue to work on: Read to Self, Work on Writing, Word Work, and Listen to Reading "rotating" every 15 minutes. Students will reference Daily 5 slides to know the expectations and work for each 15 minute time block.
