In First Grade, students will be exposed to Google Classroom and use it as a resource for their learning in all subject areas whether they are enrolled in-person or as an e-learner.

There are tabs listed at the top of our Google Classroom titled: "Stream, Classwork, People and Grades." The "Stream" will show announcements and many other things I post daily. Under the "Classwork" tab, I have divided our First Grade Google Classroom into topics. I find that the "Classwork" tab provides a clearer outline of what is posted. This is what I tend to view first when working within a Google Classroom.

I am still learning all about the the AMAZING ways I can utilize Google Classroom. I'd like to start "small" and help all of us feel comfortable before I dive deeper. My hope is we can all be flexible and learn together this year! There are SO many amazing things I want to try, but I'm all for quality, not quantity. I also feel that a balance of technology and paper is important for the developmental stage of a first grader.
