Observing their bonds strengthen and witnessing them spend invaluable moments with their dear companions was a heart warming experience that deeply touched us.
As Year Group Leads, we stand in awe of the achievements thus far and eagerly anticipate the continued flourishing of these remarkable individuals as they navigate the boundless universe of language, art and expression. We extend heartfelt gratitude to educators and parents, architects of these empowered minds.
We are absolutely thrilled to share the tremendous success of our Nurture Club Workshop, focused on Parenting: "From Seeds to Trees - Nourishing Our Children's Future." The extraordinary enthusiasm and zeal exhibited by our Cosmonauts Parents were nothing short of fantastic!
We delved deeply into "The ABC'S of Child Nutrition," gaining an understanding of the significance of a balanced diet and exploring the diverse food groups essential for the holistic growth and development of our children. Our discussions illuminated the paramount importance of a balanced diet. We familiarised ourselves with the major food groups such as fruits and vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins, dairy and alternatives, as well as oils and spreads. Learning about portion sizes and recognizing the significance of food labels on packaged products enabled us to make informed choices.
Over the course of our sessions, The Art of the Lunchbox, Crafting Nutritious and Delicious Meals, our Nurture Club transformed into a vibrant kitchen space, brimming with laughter, camaraderie, and pure joy. The crowning jewel of the event, the "Master Chef" activity, provided a unique platform for parents to bond with each other, crafting healthy snacks and lunch together. Through these engaging, hands-on experiences, we managed to instill and nurture healthy eating habits, fostering a wonderfully positive relationship with food.
The exchange of personal experiences and the sharing of invaluable insights by parents enriched our collective comprehension, elevating mealtime to a realm of not only nutritional balance but also incredible excitement.
We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all parents for their unwavering participation and wholehearted support. Your active engagement was the cornerstone of our Nurture Club's resounding success! As we move forward, let us continue working hand in hand to sow the seeds of healthy living in the fertile ground of our children's lives.
Once again, our sincerest thanks for being an integral part of this extraordinary venture. Together, we will continue to nurture our children and lay the foundation for their thriving future.

Ensure Cosmonauts have neat and tidy appearance with regular nail cuts and haircuts.
Pack appropriate portions of healthy lunch and snack to keep Cosmonauts fueled and energized.
Due to sudden changes in climate, little ones are often the first to be affected. In addition to hydration, the food they consume can also play an important role. Please avoid spicy food and ensure that healthy food is served throughout the day to help keep their little tummies cool.
Encourage Cosmonauts to carry clean school and lunch bags for a fresh and organized start to their day.
Conjunctivitis cases surged after heavy rains. Mostly children have been affected. Fingers crossed, the number is quite less in our Cosmos. We thank our parent community for taking proper precautions.
