Distinguished Educator: Highly experienced teacher with leadership responsibilities and mentoring roles. These educators are typically in the Empowering or Reshaping phase of the L.E.A.D.E.R program.
Proficient Educator: Experienced teacher demonstrating advanced skills in instruction and student engagement. These educators are often in the Developing or Empowering phase.
Associate Educator: Developing teacher with growing expertise in curriculum delivery and classroom management. These educators are usually in the Acquiring or Developing phase.
Trainee Educator: Beginning teacher gaining experience under mentorship of senior staff. These educators are typically in the Learning or Engaging phase.
Teaching Assistant: Supports lead teachers in classroom activities and student support. Teaching Assistants are often in the initial Learning phase of the program.
