Historical Fiction Book Clubs.---Students are working on the end of book club work/presentation this week.
Students should read every night and respond to the prompts posted in Google Classroom each day.
Students will begin their first round of research for the argument piece.
They will spend the week taking notes on videos and articles for their research.
Latin Root unit--next 11 slides due Friday, (32-42) as well as Quiz Friday. (Info in Google Classroom).
Historical Fiction Book Clubs.---Students are responsible for having the assigned pages read before each meeting in addition to a question and notes.
Vocab should be added to notebooks--at least 5 words from week.
We will continue our Companion Book Unit --theme boxes and bullets sheet needs to be done before starting the theme one page essay which is Chapter 4.
Students should also work on revisions of chapters which have been returned with feedback.
Students will continue lessons on Developing Analyical Reading Practice unit
All work the next couple of weeks in Lit and Language will be for next Writing Unit.
Students should be reading and notetaking EVERY night in addition to the time they have in class.
