The following timetable is a primary school example for teachers moving their learners online. This includes a few suggestions around Mental wellbeing check ins, regular connection points over the school week to check in with colleagues plus points in the week to connect with parents as this will also be a very anxious time for them.

The above are merely ideas on how to support the peppering of connection and wellbeing and over a typical week. With warm thanks to Madeline Campbell (Core) for the original timetable templates that have been adapted to include a wellbeing twist.

The example below is from a whānau in a homeschooling situation. This example relies on a two parent household however we are also exploring what this could look like for a sole parent.
