Step 2: Letter of Intent
Student & Parent sign & submit your Letter of Intent to participate in CCP next school year
April 1st, Guidance Office (near Main Office)
Step 3: Application
Apply to the college on their website & select "CCP" in application
Fall semester application deadline: April 15th
Spring semester application deadline: October 15th

Step 4: Forms
Student & Parent sign & submit Signature, Mature Content, CFCS Technology Agreement Forms
Electronic signature is not permitted
Immediately after student submits application
Turn into Guidance Office or send directly to college admissions
Print & sign Tech Agreement & specific college forms

Step 5: Transcript & ACT/SAT
Request school counselor to send transcript & ACT/SAT scores (if applicable) to admissions dept
Students in Grade 10 & below might not have ACT/SAT scores yet - the college will ask for the student to complete placement test
Immediately after student submits application

Step 6: Acceptance
Student must check their personal email inbox/spam for an acceptance email from admissions
Follow instructions in the acceptance email/letter to confirm CCP admission
Don't see the email? Call the college admissions dept or email Ms. Kraft to check the status of the application
Follow instructions in acceptance email/letter: 1-2 weeks after student submits application
Acceptance letter can be found in student's personal email. Check your spam email.
It is the students' responsibility to confirm their admission to the college
Update the school counselor! Send them an email or let them know at school
Step 7: New Student Orientation
Schedule & attend a New Student Orientation (NSO)

Step 8: Course Registration
Students must schedule a meeting with CCP Academic Advisor to register for classes.
CCP classes are scheduled per semester for the following semester.
Registration of CCP courses often requires ACT/SAT scores or a placement test at the college.
Register for Fall (Sem 1): May/June
Register for Spring (Sem 2): November/December
Register for Summer: April
