These are suggested resources for teaching about the human body. None of this is prescribed and you are encouraged to bring in as much local knowledge and resources as you can.

Our lungs are the largest organs of the respiratory system. They are central to us being able to breathe, which keeps us alive. Breathing deeply and singing can also help to center us during trying times.
