  • Who do I most resemble in my reactions? Where do some of my responses come from?

  • Gender myths and stereotyping of emotional responses

  • Validating our emotional needs and the importance of oxytocin

  • Impacts of the pandemic on emotions

  • Traditional teachings of emotional regulation

These are suggested resources for teaching about emotions. None of this is prescribed and you are encouraged to bring in as much local knowledge and resources as you can.
