Overview

Located in the west of the Pacific Ocean, 100 miles off the coast of southeastern China, Taiwan, Portuguese Formosa, is a Chinese-speaking area that preserves traditional Chinese culture as well as influences from Japan and Europe. About the same size as Switzerland or Belgium and having rich geographical landscapes, Taiwan is an ideal place for a short but productive trip.

Jiuefen Old Street
