Hello! Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! Even though things might look different this year, we are still Colts and together we can get through anything! This will be by seventh year teaching, I am a VERY proud graduate of Central Michigan University where I received my bachelors degree and am currently working on finishing up my master’s degree at Oakland University.

I wanted to become a teacher because when I was in elementary school! I struggled a lot in reading and I had a very special teacher help me learn to believe in myself. Can I tell you a secret? I STILL struggle with reading sometimes, but I’ve learned to use my strategies and to just keep going! Let’s learn from each other and make this year the best one yet!!
