Important Reminders
All electronic and technology items remain the property of Compass Charter Schools (CCS).
New scholars do not need to fill out the form - they will automatically receive a Chromebook once they have an approved MA.
For Returning Scholars who don't have a school issued device: Scholar Device Loan Form
Each scholar is allowed one device only.
If your scholar experiences ANY issues with a CCS device that requires technical support, please notify your ST and submit an IT Help Desk ticket. The CCS IT Team will contact you to provide assistance. Please do not skip this step before submitting a request for a replacement device, as only the IT Team can determine whether a replacement is necessary.
Please note:
For broken or lost devices the family will be responsible for the cost of replacing the device at its current market rate.
Amazon Fires, Kindles, and other tablets are no longer available to order due to IT security concerns.
