Priority for Ordering:
Scholars are required to have and use current, relevant, and board approved curriculum for all core courses (ELA, math, science, social studies, or any other course listed on the Master Agreement) they are taking.
This can be purchased in the beginning of the school year, or when the scholar enrolls, or, if it is verified that the scholar is already in possession of current, relevant, and board approved curriculum that meets the scholars learning needs, (e.g., sibling previously used curriculum), then it may not need to be purchased again through Compass.
The curriculum must be documented in OPS (done automatically if purchased through Compass) or documented in School Pathways by the ST. Curriculum over five years old (relevance) must be approved by the ST w/guidance from the curriculum manager.
Scholars are required to have the supplies and materials needed to meet core course objectives and learning needs.
When the two above requirements are met, orders for activities can be placed (e.g., services).
Orders for extracurricular activities will not be placed if the core curriculum is not sufficient for the scholar’s needs.
Mailing/Shipping Address:
Materials are shipped directly to the scholar’s mailing address listed in OPS, which is based on the proof of residency on file with the school.
If your address has changed, you must submit a Change of Contact Form and wait until the new address is updated in School Pathways & OPS. Once the update is complete, you may create and submit a materials order request to your ST.

Job Aid for Learning Coaches (This document is also located in your OPS account under "Documents")
Please Note: Amazon orders are limited to 20 items per order.
To support a smoother experience with OPS and other Compass-related activities, Learning Coaches should create separate Chrome profiles for each scholar. This allows each scholar to work within their own profile, keeping accounts and progress organized.
Before switching between scholars, make sure each profile has already been created and set up with the correct Compass Google account. Once profiles are in place, Learning Coaches can easily toggle between them when accessing OPS or completing school tasks.
For those using a Compass Chromebook, scholars simply need to log into their own Compass Google account before launching OPS. If Learning Coaches need help setting this up, they can contact the Compass Helpdesk at: helpdesk@compasscharters.org
