Navigating mySchoolApp portal

CA employees and students log into mySchoolApp with their Columbus Academy email account via Google's Single Sign-On (SSO) to authenticate into the web portal. Parents should have received an email to activate their own Blackbaud account with their email address - that was registered to the school system during their student(s)' enrollment, which is then used to log into the mySchoolApp portal.

After successfully logging in, mySchoolApp offers different views depending on your role in Columbus Academy (indicated on the web portal at the top-left, adjacent to the menu button). Here are examples of the user interfaces:
