What if I forget my username or password?

For all mySchoolApp users, your username is simply your formally registered email address in Columbus Academy (i.e the one used when enrolling your student). So you will be prompted for it when loading the web site:

This will then redirect you to Blackbaud's login, to get into the specific mySchoolApp portal for Columbus Academy. 

If this is your first time signing in, you should either:

1. register your Gmail or iCloud email address by clicking on "Sign in with Google/Apple" single-sign-on button, or 

2. register a non-Google/Apple email address as your mySchoolApp login by clicking on "Sign up" link.

If this is not your first time signing in AND you forgot your password for a non-Google/Apple email address, you can click on "Forgot password?" to reset the mySchoolApp account password.

Enter your known registered email address linked to your Columbus Academy student's account and click on the "Send" button. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your mySchoolApp password.
